Need to pay event fees with a debit or credit card? Want to make sure you have a space reserved in the feast hall? Consider pre-registering for events you plan to attend. It’s quick, easy, and makes check in at the event a breeze!
To pre-register:
1. Choose the event you want to attend on this page (link to newcomer calendar here).
2. Click on the button labeled “Pre-Register Today”, which will take you to a Google Form to fill out for the event. You’ll need to do this for each person attending the event with you, both adults and youth. Please be sure your information is accurate, especially your email address. If this isn’t correct, your invoice won’t get to you.
3. Invoices are not automated. After you submit each person’s registration(s), the information will be fed into a Google Sheet that the volunteer in charge of e-payments will use to create your invoice in PayPal. Please give time for your invoice to be created; we are a volunteer run organization and real life comes first. You don’t need to register multiple times. The invoice will come from “Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.” If you don’t see it in your regular email, please check your spam.
4. Open the email and click the link to pay your invoice. You have 7 days from the date of the invoice to pay. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay your invoice. You can pay by any credit card or with your PayPal account if you have one.
5. If you get your invoice and see something is missing or realize you forgot to add something, email epay@meridies.org and the volunteer in charge of e-payments will fix your invoice. If you have already paid for your invoice and need to change your registration from a day trip to the weekend or add a feast reservation, send an email. You can be sent an invoice separately for the difference or just the feast.
